Return Policy

  • All of the following categories are final sale: Furniture, Rugs, Pillows & Wall Decor. Please contact info@hollinghomeinteriors.com for any questions regarding our return policy. 

  • All Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

  • All Made to Order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

  • Certain decor items do have a 14 day return policy. The customer must reach out to info@hollinghomeinteriors.com prior to the end of the 14 day window. The window starts upon item delivery to the customer. These specific items have a callout on their product page that denotes they are returnable items. If there is no specific callout on the product page, it is assumed that the item is final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.

  • All items have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You must reach out to info@hollinghomeinteriors.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. After this time period has ended, no cancellations will be accepted.

  • We ask that all customers inspect items for damage prior to accepting them from our carrier. Once an item is accepted and packaging material is discarded the item is considered final sale and will not be eligible for return.

  • We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. 

  • In the unfortunate event your order arrived damaged, please reach out to info@hollinghomeinterios.com to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. 

  • In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a refund will be issued, minus a 15% restocking fee, in the form of store credit. Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original Holling Home Co. Order Confirmation or Packing Slip. We do not refund original shipping charges. Unsolicited online returns will not be accepted. 

  • All furniture items that are approved for return will be refunded 50% initially and the remaining 50% upon item pickup by our fulfillment carrier.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received no longer than 30 days after initial delivery or in-store purchase. 

  • Products are not eligible for return regardless of any delays in order processing, shipping, or delivery. The estimated shipping dates and any changes to those dates that are made after an order is placed are agreed to at the time of purchase. We recommend confirming the estimated restock and shipping timelines prior to purchase via emailing us at info@hollinghomeinteriors.com.
